A leading dental and medical equipment manufacturer and marketer had been conducting a paper-based incentive program awarding points to customers in relation to paid dollar volume orders.
Challenge:
After investing in making Aruba® Windows PC software the best supply ordering systems in the Dental Industry, they wanted to encourage their larger clients to experience the ease of ordering with their systems.
The merchandise supplier was instructed to establish an online incentive program that would reward members of the established "preferred client program" for using these electronic ordering systems.
Solution:
